How many days of earned leave do I accrue each year?

Earned leave accrues at the rate laid down in the DVC Leave Rules and is credited half-yearly. Your exact balance is visible in the ESS portal under Leave > Balance.

Whom do I contact for a medical reimbursement query?

Raise a ticket with the HR Helpdesk on this site, or write to your project's Welfare Officer. Reimbursements are processed on a fortnightly cycle.

Can I claim LTC for travel by private vehicle?

LTC entitlements follow the prevailing DVC circular. Private vehicle travel is admissible only in specified circumstances — confirm with your establishment section before booking.

How do I nominate someone for Employee of the Month?

Use the Contribute form on this site or e-mail the newsletter team with a short citation before the 20th of the month.
